Thank you so much for the cake rusk recipe @spoonsofflavorbybatool 😀 they turned out delicious!!

Recipe:
1/2 cup butter (room temperature)
1 cup all purpose flour
3 eggs (room temperature)
1 cup icing sugar
1/4th tsp Vanilla essence
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp yellow color (optional)

Method:
Beat butter and sugar using a hand mixer. Add eggs (one at a time), and then add baking powder, vanilla essence and yellow color. Mix everything together and then add flour. It will make a very sticky batter. Pour it in a 8×8 square baking dish. Bake it for 30 mins at 355f. Take it out and slice the cake length wise. Put it again in the oven for 20 mins. Take them out and enjoy with tea.
