“PESHAWARI DUMPUKHT
🐑🐐🐪Eid-Ul-Azha Special🐑🐐🐪
Peshawari Dum Pukht is a mouthwatering recipe which is cooked with only a few ingredients because I believe so many spices ruin the original taste of meat. (I’m not talking about chicken).
Peshawari Dumpukht is a traditional slow-cooked recipe that will surely take you to the next level. It is made with goat or sheep meat , goat fat ( but I used butter because of no availibity of fat) black pepper, lemon juice, and some fresh veggies.
The best part about peshawari DumPukht recipe is that you have to just layer things into a pot, cover the lid, pack with dough and leave it to cook for about 2 till 2 & 1/2 hours on low heat. Yes, you read it right. No lengthy preparations, marinations, cutting, dicing etc. Nothing at all. Try out this yummy recipe on this bakra Eid
